We've been invited to take part in this over Fri 10th to Sun 19th Oct. I need to submit numbers and availability so they can schedule us in - always tricky with a large group!
I'd be grateful if you could let me know dates you CANNOT make over that period. You won't be commiting to anything, I just need to get some idea of numbers and dates. More info as I get it.
